Terms of Service
The rules for using BadRock Capital, prepaid access periods, account security, payments and user-controlled trading tools.
terms-2026-07-v1 · 2026-07-07
1. Service and contact

BadRock Capital provides software tools for strategy analysis, optimization, reports and user-controlled trading workflows.

Support and legal notices: support@badrock.capital.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use this type of software in your country. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data, the security of your login methods, and all activity performed under your account.

BadRock may suspend or restrict access if there is abuse, fraud, sanctions risk, security risk, illegal use, non-payment, or use that may harm the service, other users, exchanges, payment processors or infrastructure providers.

3. Service scope

BadRock provides software tools for strategy research, backtesting, optimization, reports, presets, terminal workflows and user-controlled live execution. Features may depend on your access plan, region, exchange availability and local runtime state.

BadRock does not operate as an exchange, broker, investment adviser, asset manager, custodian, payment institution or tax adviser. BadRock does not hold user funds and does not guarantee that any exchange, connector, strategy, preset or report will be available without interruption.

4. User-controlled trading and no advice

All trading decisions remain yours. Optimizer output, presets, reports, screeners, signals, examples and interface defaults are software outputs and educational or analytical materials only. They are not personal investment, financial, tax or legal advice.

You choose whether to connect an exchange account, which strategy or preset to use, what risk settings to apply, when to start or stop a session, and whether to place any order. You remain responsible for exchange balances, leverage, fees, slippage, liquidation, taxes and compliance with local law.

5. Prepaid access, payments and TryBit

The launch commercial model is a prepaid access period. Access is purchased manually for a selected period. There is no automatic renewal, no silent recurring billing and no charge unless you actively create and pay a new crypto invoice.

Crypto payments are processed through TryBit. Unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise, blockchain transfer or network fees are paid by the client.

A payment may be considered complete only after the payment processor or blockchain confirmation flow is matched to the invoice. Exchange rates, network fees, transfer delays, wrong networks, underpayments, overpayments and payment processor limitations may affect access activation.

6. Refunds and access changes

Because access is prepaid and digital, refunds are handled case by case through support and may be refused where access was delivered, the period has started, the issue is caused by user configuration, an exchange, network fees, blockchain transfer mistakes or local restrictions.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If a refund is legally required, BadRock may request reasonable evidence and may deduct non-refundable network or processor costs where permitted.

7. API keys, connectors and third-party services

If you connect exchange API keys or third-party accounts, you authorize BadRock software to use them only for the enabled product workflows. You should use the minimum permissions required, avoid withdrawal permissions, and immediately revoke keys if you suspect compromise.

Third-party exchanges, OAuth providers, Telegram, TryBit, hosting and infrastructure providers operate under their own terms. BadRock is not responsible for outages, rejected orders, API changes, liquidity, fees, account restrictions or losses caused by third-party services.

8. Prohibited use

You must not use BadRock for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, unauthorized access, abuse of exchanges or infrastructure, reverse engineering, credential theft, spam, malware, scraping, resale without permission or activity that creates unreasonable operational risk.

9. Availability, changes and beta features

BadRock may change, limit, suspend or discontinue features, strategies, connectors, pricing, access plans and technical requirements. Some features may be experimental, local-runtime dependent or exchange-dependent and may not work in every environment.

BadRock aims to operate the service professionally but does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or compatibility with every device, browser, exchange account or market condition.

10. Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BadRock is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect losses, exchange failures, market movements, user configuration errors, API key misuse, third-party outages, taxes, penalties or losses caused by relying on software outputs.

Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes should first be raised through support@badrock.capital so the parties can try to resolve them in good faith before formal proceedings.
